Sometimes when I see a deck of cards or it doesn't even have to be cards it can be someone playing solitaire on a computer I'm ten years old again and my mother is talking to me at bedtime sitting on the edge of her bed with a square green glass ashtray with three butts stubbed out on the night table and she's playing solitaire on the bed itself instead of using a card table or the nightstand and it smells like tobacco and the small TV with the rabbit ears on top of the dresser is snowy again and she finishes talking and I go to bed and I don't know what she said or if she won her game of solitaire.  But we'll probably go to Nathan's tomorrow because my dad is at summer camp.

Came up with a fine conceptual comedy piece to take on the road.  A co-worker of mine does the Cotton Eye Joe dance while I read the W ikipedia article on the post Civl War American West and a woman translates what I'm saying into sign language but in Spanish, signing "press one for English" at the end of every paragraph. Will post tour dates should they happen.

It didn't work so I deleted it.

Not a rhetorical question.  Please advise.
